
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall and open your arms wide
- 2Cross your arms over one another in front of your chest
- 3Return to the starting position by opening your arms wide again
- 4Repeat this cross and open movement for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Focus on control and slow movement
- Keep your chest up and shoulders back throughout the exercise
- Hold the peak contraction for a moment before returning to the start position
