Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall and open your arms wide
  • 2Cross your arms over one another in front of your chest
  • 3Return to the starting position by opening your arms wide again
  • 4Repeat this cross and open movement for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Focus on control and slow movement
  • Keep your chest up and shoulders back throughout the exercise
  • Hold the peak contraction for a moment before returning to the start position
