Instructions:

  • 1Begin in a high plank position with towels under your feet
  • 2Push your backside up towards the ceiling as you slide your feet towards your hands
  • 3Try to keep your legs straight-ish as you pull in
  • 4Slide feet back out to return to high plank position
  • 5Repeat the movements for your desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Ensure your wrists are stacked directly beneath your shoulders during the exercise
  • Keep your core engaged throughout
  • Avoid sagging your hips
  • Remember to breathe! Exhale as you pull in, inhale as you slide out
