
Instructions:
- 1Begin in a high plank position with towels under your feet
- 2Push your backside up towards the ceiling as you slide your feet towards your hands
- 3Try to keep your legs straight-ish as you pull in
- 4Slide feet back out to return to high plank position
- 5Repeat the movements for your desired number of reps
Tips:
- Ensure your wrists are stacked directly beneath your shoulders during the exercise
- Keep your core engaged throughout
- Avoid sagging your hips
- Remember to breathe! Exhale as you pull in, inhale as you slide out
