
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright, set your feet hip-width apart, place the towel under your right foot
- 2Slide your right foot diagonally behind your left foot and bend your knees like performing a lunge
- 3Hold the bottom position briefly
- 4Pull your right foot back to the start, driving through your left foot
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps and then switch sides
Tips:
- Keep your core braced throughout the movement
- Maintain an upright posture, do not let your torso lean forward
- Focus on the mind-muscle connection with your glutes during the exercise
- Make sure your knees don't extend past your toes when lunging
