
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright and place your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Slightly bend your knees
- 3Lean your torso to one side, feeling a stretch in your obliques
- 4Slowly return to the upright position
- 5Repeat the process on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your body alignment straight during the exercise
- Avoid bending forward or backward
- Exhale as you lean to the side, and inhale as you return to the start position
- To help maintain balance, you can lift the opposite arm to the side you’re leaning
