
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Stretch your arms out to your sides at shoulder height
- 3Lift your left knee as you rotate your upper torso to the left
- 4Return to your initial position
- 5Repeat this process for your opposite side
Tips:
- Keep the movements slow and controlled
- Keep your abs tensed throughout the exercise
- Remember to breathe properly. Inhale as you return to the starting position, exhale as you rotate and lift your knee
- This exercise is better done in front of a mirror to ensure proper form
