Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Stretch your arms out to your sides at shoulder height
  • 3Lift your left knee as you rotate your upper torso to the left
  • 4Return to your initial position
  • 5Repeat this process for your opposite side

Tips:

  • Keep the movements slow and controlled
  • Keep your abs tensed throughout the exercise
  • Remember to breathe properly. Inhale as you return to the starting position, exhale as you rotate and lift your knee
  • This exercise is better done in front of a mirror to ensure proper form
