Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms by your side
  • 2Quickly jump up, twisting your body 180 degrees mid-air
  • 3Land softly, with your knees bent slightly
  • 4Immediately jump again, twisting to face the original starting direction
  • 5Continue these twists and turns for the desired amount of time

Tips:

  • Focus on making smooth, quick movements
  • Keep your knees bent to absorb shock and protect your joints
  • Maintain a tight core throughout the exercise to aid stability
  • Breathe evenly throughout the exercise
