Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width holding a dumbbell with both hands in front of you
  • 2Squat down as you rotate the dumbbell to the outside of your left thigh
  • 3Stand up and swing the dumbbell across your body to above your right shoulder
  • 4Return to the initial position in a controlled fashion
  • 5Repeat this motion on the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your abs stacked as you rotate your torso
  • Avoid rounding your back when squatting
  • Ensure you keep the weight under control during all motions
  • Perform these movements with smooth, controlled timings
