
Instructions:
- 1Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width holding a dumbbell with both hands in front of you
- 2Squat down as you rotate the dumbbell to the outside of your left thigh
- 3Stand up and swing the dumbbell across your body to above your right shoulder
- 4Return to the initial position in a controlled fashion
- 5Repeat this motion on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your abs stacked as you rotate your torso
- Avoid rounding your back when squatting
- Ensure you keep the weight under control during all motions
- Perform these movements with smooth, controlled timings
