
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Extend your arms out and place your hands behind your head with your elbows out to the sides
- 3Twist your torso to your right side while your lower body remains stationary
- 4Return to the center and then twist your torso to your left side
- 5Repeat for the required amount of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your spine aligned and straight during this exercise
- Engage your abdominal muscles throughout the movement
- Ensure you do not bend forward or backward during the twists
- Avoid hasty movements to reduce the risk of injury
