Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Extend your arms out and place your hands behind your head with your elbows out to the sides
  • 3Twist your torso to your right side while your lower body remains stationary
  • 4Return to the center and then twist your torso to your left side
  • 5Repeat for the required amount of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your spine aligned and straight during this exercise
  • Engage your abdominal muscles throughout the movement
  • Ensure you do not bend forward or backward during the twists
  • Avoid hasty movements to reduce the risk of injury
