Instructions:

  • 1Sit down comfortably with your legs crossed
  • 2Place your hands on your knees
  • 3Slowly tilt your head back, looking towards the sky
  • 4Hold the position for 10-30 seconds
  • 5Slowly return your head to the initial position

Tips:

  • Ensure that your back is straight throughout the stretch
  • Keep your shoulders relaxed and down away from your ears
  • Breathe calmly and deeply throughout the exercise
  • Avoid this stretch if you have neck issues
