
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back on the ground with your arms straight above your head
- 2Lift your right leg and left arm up at the same time to meet in the middle of your body
- 3Lower your arm and leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 4Repeat the same process for your left leg and right arm
- 5Continue to alternate between right leg/left arm and left leg/right arm
Tips:
- Keep your movements slow and controlled to maximize muscle activation
- Avoid lifting your lower back off the ground during the exercise
- Keep your eyes on your raised hand and foot to help maintain balance
- Inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up
