Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back on the ground with your arms straight above your head
  • 2Lift your right leg and left arm up at the same time to meet in the middle of your body
  • 3Lower your arm and leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner
  • 4Repeat the same process for your left leg and right arm
  • 5Continue to alternate between right leg/left arm and left leg/right arm

Tips:

  • Keep your movements slow and controlled to maximize muscle activation
  • Avoid lifting your lower back off the ground during the exercise
  • Keep your eyes on your raised hand and foot to help maintain balance
  • Inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up
