Instructions:

  • 1Start with the rope behind you, then swing it over your head
  • 2Jump when the rope is about to hit the floor
  • 3When the rope is about to hit the floor again, jump a second time
  • 4Continue the double jump rhythm for your desired duration

Tips:

  • Keep your jumps low to maintain speed
  • Use your wrists, not your arms to rotate the rope
  • Look straight ahead to maintain balance
  • Start with slower jumps and gradually increase your speed
