Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides
  • 2Place the medicine ball between your feet
  • 3Raise your legs (along with the medicine ball) until they are perpendicular to the floor
  • 4Lower your legs (and the medicine ball) back down in a controlled manner without touching the floor
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your lower back pressed into the floor during the exercise
  • Perform the movement in a slow and controlled manner
  • Avoid dropping your legs too quickly as this could put strain on your lower back
  • Ensure the medicine ball stays securely between your feet during the movement
