
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides
- 2Place the medicine ball between your feet
- 3Raise your legs (along with the medicine ball) until they are perpendicular to the floor
- 4Lower your legs (and the medicine ball) back down in a controlled manner without touching the floor
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your lower back pressed into the floor during the exercise
- Perform the movement in a slow and controlled manner
- Avoid dropping your legs too quickly as this could put strain on your lower back
- Ensure the medicine ball stays securely between your feet during the movement
