- 1Start in a traditional pushup position, with your feet together
- 2As you lower your body toward the floor, jump your feet out wide
- 3Push your body back up while simultaneously jumping your feet back together
- 4Repeat this movement for desired reps

- Inhale as you lower and exhale as you push back up
