- 1Stand with feet together and hands at your sides
- 2Start by doing a traditional jumping jack but when your feet jump out, punch forward with your right arm
- 3As your feet jump back together, retract your right punch
- 4Repeat the movement, this time punching forward with your left arm
- 5Continue the exercise, alternating arms

- Use your full range of motion when you extend and retract your punches
- Be mindful of your breathing, inhale when retracting your arms and exhale when punching forward
