Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet together and hands at your sides
  • 2Start by doing a traditional jumping jack but when your feet jump out, punch forward with your right arm
  • 3As your feet jump back together, retract your right punch
  • 4Repeat the movement, this time punching forward with your left arm
  • 5Continue the exercise, alternating arms

Tips:

  • Engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to maintain balance
  • Ensure smooth transitions between steps to keep the heart rate elevated
  • Use your full range of motion when you extend and retract your punches
  • Be mindful of your breathing, inhale when retracting your arms and exhale when punching forward
