
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet together and arms at your sides
- 2Jump into the air spreading your feet apart and crossing your wrists in front of you at the same time
- 3Jump again, this time bringing your feet back together and uncrossing your wrists
- 4Repeat these moves in a quick succession for a period of time
- 5Try to land softly each time to protect your joints
Tips:
- Keep your abs and butt tight during the exercise
- You can modify this exercise by stepping out instead of jumping if you have joint problems
- Make sure you have enough space around you to perform the exercise safely
- Stay on your toes during the jumps to work your calves more
