Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Bend your knees slightly and jump up, reaching your arms overhead like you're catching a football
  • 3Land softly and repeat the jump immediately
  • 4Continue for your desired amount of reps or time
  • 5Remember to breathe, inhaling during your jump and exhaling as you land

Tips:

  • Engage your core to maintain balance
  • Always land back on the balls of your feet
  • Try to jump as high as you can for maximum benefit
  • Keep your movements and transitions smooth and controlled
