Instructions:

  • 1Begin in a standing position with feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Go into a deep squat, keeping your back straight
  • 3As you stand up, raise your arms above your head as if doing an overhead press
  • 4Lower your arms to the starting position as you squat down again
  • 5Repeat this process

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Make sure not to round your back during the squat
  • Use your legs and hips to help drive your arms upwards during the press
  • Control your descent to avoid injury
