
Instructions:
- 1Begin in a standing position with feet shoulder width apart
- 2Go into a deep squat, keeping your back straight
- 3As you stand up, raise your arms above your head as if doing an overhead press
- 4Lower your arms to the starting position as you squat down again
- 5Repeat this process
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
- Make sure not to round your back during the squat
- Use your legs and hips to help drive your arms upwards during the press
- Control your descent to avoid injury
