Instructions:

  • 1Stand in front of a sturdy box or platform
  • 2Lower into a semi-squat position and explode upwards onto the box
  • 3Keep your knees slightly bent as you land
  • 4Step back down and repeat the jump

Tips:

  • Land softly to avoid injury
  • Ensure the box is stable before each jump
