Instructions:

  • 1Stand or sit upright and extend your arms behind your back
  • 2Interlock your fingers with palms facing inward
  • 3Lift your arms upward while keeping your arms straight until you feel a stretch in your chest and shoulders
  • 4Hold this position for about 10 to 30 seconds
  • 5Release and repeat

Tips:

  • Avoid overstretching to the point of pain
  • Keep your back straight during the exercise
  • Exhale as you lift your arms and inhale as you lower them
