
Instructions:
- 1Stand or sit upright and extend your arms behind your back
- 2Interlock your fingers with palms facing inward
- 3Lift your arms upward while keeping your arms straight until you feel a stretch in your chest and shoulders
- 4Hold this position for about 10 to 30 seconds
- 5Release and repeat

- Keep your back straight during the exercise
- Exhale as you lift your arms and inhale as you lower them
