Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Extend arms out in front of you, hands interlocked
  • 3Pull your arms back, while squeezing your shoulder blades together
  • 4Hold this pose for a few seconds
  • 5Return to the initial position and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your posture straight through the exercise
  • Focus on the movement of your shoulder blades when doing the squeeze
  • Don't rush the process, perform each step in a controlled manner
  • Use a mirror to help ensure correct posture
