
Instructions:
- 1Securely attach the suspension straps to an overhead anchor and adjust them to about knee height
- 2Stand facing away from the anchor point with a strap in each hand, arms fully extended out in front
- 3Bend at the waist and carefully roll your body out until nearly parallel to the floor
- 4Tighten your abs and roll back to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat as many times as recommended
Tips:
- Keep your body in a straight line during the rollout
- Engage your core muscles throughout the movement
- Avoid arching your back
- Control your movement speed to ensure safety and effectiveness
