Instructions:

  • 1Stand over the dumbbell with your legs wide, toes pointing outward
  • 2Bend at the hips and knees to reach the dumbbell
  • 3Hold the dumbbell with both hands
  • 4Straighten your hips and knees to lift the dumbbell
  • 5Lower the dumbbell back down by bending at the hips and knees

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight at all times
  • Engage your core throughout the movement
  • Don't rush the movement. Control is essential
  • Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement
