
Instructions:
- 1Stand over the dumbbell with your legs wide, toes pointing outward
- 2Bend at the hips and knees to reach the dumbbell
- 3Hold the dumbbell with both hands
- 4Straighten your hips and knees to lift the dumbbell
- 5Lower the dumbbell back down by bending at the hips and knees
Tips:
- Keep your back straight at all times
- Engage your core throughout the movement
- Don't rush the movement. Control is essential
- Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement
