
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the ground with your knees bent, feet lifted slightly off the ground and hold a dumbbell with both hands in front of you
- 2Lean back to engage your core, your back should be at a 45-degree angle to the floor
- 3Rotate your torso and dumbbell to the right, then to the left to complete one repetition
- 4Keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions

- Avoid arching your back to prevent injury
- Keep the moves slow and controlled to stay balanced
- Squeeze your abs tightly during the rotation
- Exhale when you twist, and inhale when you come back to the center
