
Instructions:
- 1Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides
- 2Jump up, crossing one arm over the other in front of you at chest height, while crossing one foot over the other at the same time
- 3Jump again, spreading your arms and legs out wide, forming an 'X' in mid-air
- 4Jump once more, this time crossing the other arm and foot over
- 5Return to the starting position and repeat
