Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides
  • 2Jump up, crossing one arm over the other in front of you at chest height, while crossing one foot over the other at the same time
  • 3Jump again, spreading your arms and legs out wide, forming an 'X' in mid-air
  • 4Jump once more, this time crossing the other arm and foot over
  • 5Return to the starting position and repeat

Tips:

  • Avoid locking your knees during the exercise
  • Engage your core to maintain balance
  • Try to keep a rapid pace for more intensity
  • Remember to breathe evenly throughout
