
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the floor with your knees bent, pull your abs to your spine, and lean back a few inches while keeping your back straight.
- 2Hold your hands on your chest.
- 3Slowly twist your body to the right, then to the left to complete one rep.
- 4Keep your movements smooth and controlled.
- 5Repeat for desired number of reps.
Tips:
- Keep your spine straight during the twisting motion.
- Breathe out when you twist, and breathe in when you return to the center.
- Engage your core throughout the exercise.
- For added challenge, try doing this exercise on an unstable surface like a BOSU ball.
