Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Raise your hands above your head
  • 3Take a step back with your right foot while keeping your hands raised
  • 4Return to the initial position and repeat the movement with your left foot
  • 5Continue the exercise by alternating your feet

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight during the exercise
  • Focus on your balance during the stepback
  • Keep your core engaged during the exercise
  • Control your breathing: inhale as you step back and exhale when you return to the initial position
