
Instructions:
- 1Begin in a long lunge position with your right foot forward.
- 2Place your left hand on the ground and right elbow to right foot. Raise your right hand towards the sky while gazing upwards.
- 3Switch to put your right hand outside your foot and straighten your right leg, toes up.
- 4Twist your torso to the left, raising your left arm towards the sky.
- 5Switch sides and repeat the set.
Tips:
- Ensure your forward knee stays above your ankle during the lunge.
- Keep your back leg straight throughout the exercise.
- Keep a slow, controlled tempo during each phase of the stretch.
- Breathe deeply throughout each phase, exhaling during the twists.
