Instructions:

  • 1Lie down flat on a bench, holding the dumbbell in both hands above your chest
  • 2Extend your arms fully, keeping the elbows in
  • 3Lower the dumbbell towards your forehead by bending at the elbows
  • 4Pause briefly, then extend your arms back to the start position

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows as still as possible during the exercise
  • Do not allow the dumbbell to touch your forehead
  • Use a weight that is comfortably challenging, not straining
