Instructions:

  • 1Hold the stick in front of you with both hands, shoulder-width apart
  • 2Keeping your elbows close to your side, rotate the PVC pipe to one side
  • 3Rotate back to the central position
  • 4Repeat same motion on the other side
  • 5Ensure your rotations are controlled and smooth

Tips:

  • Do not allow your elbows to move away from your body
  • Ensure your back remains straight throughout the exercise
  • Perform the exercise slow and controlled to maximize muscle engagement
  • Alternate the sides for an equal workout balance
