
Instructions:
- 1Hold the stick in front of you with both hands, shoulder-width apart
- 2Keeping your elbows close to your side, rotate the PVC pipe to one side
- 3Rotate back to the central position
- 4Repeat same motion on the other side
- 5Ensure your rotations are controlled and smooth
Tips:
- Do not allow your elbows to move away from your body
- Ensure your back remains straight throughout the exercise
- Perform the exercise slow and controlled to maximize muscle engagement
- Alternate the sides for an equal workout balance
