Instructions:

  • 1Start in a high push-up position with hands forming a diamond shape under chest
  • 2Lower your body until your chest almost touches your hands
  • 3Pause at the bottom and then push back up to the starting position
  • 4Repeat for the required amount of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels
  • Avoid flaring out your elbows
  • Keep your abs engaged to protect your lower back
