
Instructions:
- 1Step into a lunge position while holding the medicine ball with both hands at the chest level
- 2Rotate your upper body towards the back leg
- 3Explosively step back into the starting position while simultaneously throwing the medicine ball
- 4Catch the ball and repeat the movement on the opposite side
- 5Do this alternately for a number of repetitions
Tips:
- Make a powerful throw but remain in control of the ball
- Remember to coordinate your body movement, rotating your torso and stepping at the same time
- Maintain a straight posture, don't let your back hunch
- Always execute the exercise at your own pace, avoid rushing to prevent injury
