Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight, feet hip-width apart, hold one end of the strap in each hand
  • 2Bend one foot up towards you and loop the strap over the ball of the foot
  • 3Holding the strap taut, straighten your leg and gently pull the strap towards you
  • 4Hold this position for 15-20 seconds, then relax
  • 5Repeat with the other leg

Tips:

  • Avoid bending your knee during the stretch
  • Don't pull the strap too hard, you should feel a gentle stretch not pain
  • Make sure to stretch both legs evenly
  • For better balance, stand near a wall or chair
