
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight, feet hip-width apart, hold one end of the strap in each hand
- 2Bend one foot up towards you and loop the strap over the ball of the foot
- 3Holding the strap taut, straighten your leg and gently pull the strap towards you
- 4Hold this position for 15-20 seconds, then relax
- 5Repeat with the other leg
Tips:
- Avoid bending your knee during the stretch
- Don't pull the strap too hard, you should feel a gentle stretch not pain
- Make sure to stretch both legs evenly
- For better balance, stand near a wall or chair
