Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Place your right hand on the back of your head
  • 3Lean to your left side, bending at the waist
  • 4Hold the position for 15–30 seconds
  • 5Switch sides and repeat for your left side

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and abs tight during the stretch
  • Avoid bouncing or forcing the stretch
  • Focus on feeling the stretch down the side of your spine and across your back
  • Breathe deeply and exhale as you intensify the stretch
