
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Place your right hand on the back of your head
- 3Lean to your left side, bending at the waist
- 4Hold the position for 15–30 seconds
- 5Switch sides and repeat for your left side
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and abs tight during the stretch
- Avoid bouncing or forcing the stretch
- Focus on feeling the stretch down the side of your spine and across your back
- Breathe deeply and exhale as you intensify the stretch
