
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back on a comfortable, flat surface
- 2Lift one leg straight up while keeping the other flat on the ground
- 3Grab the upraised leg above your ankle and gently pull it towards you
- 4Hold for 15–30 seconds then switch legs
- 5Repeat the process for 5 - 10 minutes
Tips:
- Breath deeply and relaxed during the stretching
- Do not strain your neck during the exercise
- Ensure your straight leg is as close to perpendicular to your body as possible
- Don't pull too hard, the aim is gentle stretching, not pain
