
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Step your right foot forward and bend your right knee, keeping your left leg straight behind you
- 3Lean forward slightly from hips and place your hands on right thigh for support
- 4Lean forward and hold the stretch for 30 seconds and then change your leg
Tips:
- Keep your back straight while performing the stretch
- Ensure your front knee does not go past your toes
- Breathe deeply and evenly throughout the stretch
