Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Step your right foot forward and bend your right knee, keeping your left leg straight behind you
  • 3Lean forward slightly from hips and place your hands on right thigh for support
  • 4Lean forward and hold the stretch for 30 seconds and then change your leg

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight while performing the stretch
  • Ensure your front knee does not go past your toes
  • Breathe deeply and evenly throughout the stretch
