
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight and extend one arm across your body
- 2Use your other arm to pull the extended arm closer to your chest
- 3Hold this stretch for 15-20 seconds
- 4Release and repeat this process with the other arm

- Do not force the stretch to the point of pain
- Try to maintain a straight back throughout the stretch
- Relax and breathe normally while holding the stretch
