Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight and extend one arm across your body
  • 2Use your other arm to pull the extended arm closer to your chest
  • 3Hold this stretch for 15-20 seconds
  • 4Release and repeat this process with the other arm

Tips:

  • Do not force the stretch to the point of pain
  • Try to maintain a straight back throughout the stretch
  • Relax and breathe normally while holding the stretch
  • Perform this stretch regularly to increase shoulder flexibility
