Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright and then step your right foot forward.
  • 2Slowly bend your right knee while keeping your left leg straight.
  • 3Lean forward slightly until you feel a stretch in your left calf.
  • 4Hold that stretch for a few seconds and then switch legs.
  • 5Repeat this on each leg for a few times.

Tips:

  • Always keep your back straight and your heels on the ground.
  • While stretching, make sure you don’t feel pain - only mild discomfort is fine.
  • Breathe deeply and relax in the stretch.
  • Progress slowly, and never bounce during stretches.
