
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright and then step your right foot forward.
- 2Slowly bend your right knee while keeping your left leg straight.
- 3Lean forward slightly until you feel a stretch in your left calf.
- 4Hold that stretch for a few seconds and then switch legs.
- 5Repeat this on each leg for a few times.
Tips:
- Always keep your back straight and your heels on the ground.
- While stretching, make sure you don’t feel pain - only mild discomfort is fine.
- Breathe deeply and relax in the stretch.
- Progress slowly, and never bounce during stretches.
