
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and hold a dumbbell with both hands.
- 2Lift your upper body, twisting your torso toward one side while holding the dumbbell straight.
- 3Keep your arms straight and make sure the dumbbell moves in the same direction as your torso.
- 4Lower your body back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 5Repeat the movement, this time twisting your torso to the other side.
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the exercise to assist body control.
- Avoid such a speed that compromises form.
- Don't lift your feet off the floor during this exercise.
- Inhale on your way down and exhale as you lift and twist your torso.
