
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the ground with your legs extended and heels touching the floor
- 2Hold a dumbbell with both hands in front of you
- 3Lean back slightly while keeping your spine straight
- 4Rotate your torso to one side, taking the dumbbell with you
- 5Rotate to the other side. That's one rep
Tips:
- Engage your abdominal muscles throughout the movement
- Keep your back straight to prevent injury
- Move in a controlled manner, don't use momentum to twist
- Focus on twisting from the waist not the shoulders
