Instructions:

  • 1Start the exercise by standing on the machine. Hold onto the handles for balance.
  • 2Begin by pushing off with one leg and start to "run" or "jog" on the machine.
  • 3Keep a steady tempo that will get your heart rate up but won't tire you out too quickly.
  • 4Try to maintain this tempo for the desired amount of time.
  • 5Cool down by slowing your pace until you come to a stop.

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to maintain balance.
  • Try to maintain a good posture, do not hunch over.
  • Controlled, rhythmic breathing can help keep your pace and endurance.
  • Increase intensity by speeding up your tempo or prolonging your session.
