
Instructions:
- 1Start by kneeling on the floor and hold the EZ bar with both hands at shoulder-width apart.
- 2Keeping your arms straight, slowly lean forward and roll the EZ bar out in front of you.
- 3Stretch out to your limit or until your body is just above the floor.
- 4Pull yourself back to the starting position by contracting your abs.
- 5Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and your hips stable throughout the movement.
- Engage your core muscles during the exercise.
- Avoid letting your lower back sag as you extend outwards.
- Control the movement and avoid using momentum to pull yourself back up.
