Instructions:

  • 1Start by kneeling on the floor and hold the EZ bar with both hands at shoulder-width apart.
  • 2Keeping your arms straight, slowly lean forward and roll the EZ bar out in front of you.
  • 3Stretch out to your limit or until your body is just above the floor.
  • 4Pull yourself back to the starting position by contracting your abs.
  • 5Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and your hips stable throughout the movement.
  • Engage your core muscles during the exercise.
  • Avoid letting your lower back sag as you extend outwards.
  • Control the movement and avoid using momentum to pull yourself back up.
