Instructions:

  • 1Stand on the band and hold it at waist level
  • 2Bend your knees slightly and maintain a straight back
  • 3Pull the band up towards your chest
  • 4Hold for a moment, then slowly return to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows close to your body
  • Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the motion
  • Do not let your back hunch over
  • Perform the movement slowly and with control
