
Instructions:
- 1Sit on a bench inclined at about 45 degrees. Hold the dumbbells in your hands on either side
- 2Raise the dumbbells until your arms are extended straight above your chest
- 3Lower the dumbbells back down to your sides in a controlled motion
- 4Repeat the movement for the number of desired repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your back flat against the bench during the exercise
- Avoid locking your elbows at the top of the movement
- Maintain control of the weights at all times to prevent injury
