
Instructions:
- 1Stand on the band with one foot and hold the other end with your hand
- 2Extend your arm upward until it is fully straight
- 3Lower the band in a controlled fashion until your forearm is near horizontal
- 4Repeat the movement with the alternate arm
Tips:
- Keep your elbow close to your head throughout the exercise
- Maintain a controlled movement rather than relying on momentum
- Ensure your core is tight and controlled for balance
- Try not to move your shoulder, the movement should only come from your elbow
