Instructions:

  • 1Stand on the band with one foot and hold the other end with your hand
  • 2Extend your arm upward until it is fully straight
  • 3Lower the band in a controlled fashion until your forearm is near horizontal
  • 4Repeat the movement with the alternate arm

  • Maintain a controlled movement rather than relying on momentum
  • Ensure your core is tight and controlled for balance
  • Try not to move your shoulder, the movement should only come from your elbow
