
Instructions:
- 1Sit on an incline bench with dumbbells in each hand at shoulder height
- 2Lean back and extend your elbows to push the weights above your chest
- 3Pause for a moment at the top of the lift
- 4Lower the weights back down to shoulder height in a slow and controlled manner
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground for stability
- Avoid locking your elbows at the top of the lift
- Make sure your back stays flat on the bench throughout the exercise
- Exhale when lifting the weights and inhale when lowering them
