
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart
- 2Extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder level
- 3Sweep your arms back as far as possible, opening your chest
- 4Wrap arms around your body as if you are hugging yourself
- 5Hold and repeat the movement
Tips:
- Keep your back straight during the exercise
- Make sure to stretch both sides equally
- Breathe deeply throughout the exercise for the best results
- Relax your muscles to maximize the stretch
