Instructions:

  • 1Sit down and extend your leg
  • 2Rotate your foot in a circular motion
  • 3Do this for a set number of rotations, then switch directions
  • 4Repeat this with your other foot

Tips:

  • Keep the rest of your leg as still as possible
  • Try to make the circle as large as possible
  • Do slow and controlled rotations
