
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Slowly lower your body into a squat position
- 3While at the bottom of the squat, raise your heels off the ground and stand on your toes
- 4Hold this position for a few seconds
- 5Slowly lower your heels and rise to starting position
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and your chest lifted throughout the movement
- Engage your abdominals and keep them tight to aid in balance
- Try not to let your knees extend past your toes during the squat
- Breathe in when you lower your body, and breathe out when you rise back up
