
Instructions:
- 1Place the kettlebell between your feet
- 2Bend at your hips and knees and grasp the kettlebell
- 3Keep your back straight and lift the kettlebell off the ground by extending your hips and knees
- 4Lower the kettlebell back to the ground under control
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the movement
- Don't let your knees buckle inward
- Drive through your heels when lifting the kettlebell
- Exhale when you're lifting and inhale when you're lowering
