Instructions:

  • 1Place the kettlebell between your feet
  • 2Bend at your hips and knees and grasp the kettlebell
  • 3Keep your back straight and lift the kettlebell off the ground by extending your hips and knees
  • 4Lower the kettlebell back to the ground under control

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the movement
  • Don't let your knees buckle inward
  • Drive through your heels when lifting the kettlebell
  • Exhale when you're lifting and inhale when you're lowering
