
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright holding a towel with both hands at the ends
- 2Flex your elbows, pulling the towel up toward your chest
- 3Lower the towel back to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 4Keep your elbows close to your body throughout the motion
Tips:
- Ensure there is tension in the towel throughout the exercise
- Engage your core and maintain a straight back for stability
- Control the speed of the movement focusing on the muscle contraction and not on the weights
- Don't allow your wrists to collapse at the top of the movement
